By accessing or using NannyAndNuzzle (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
NannyAndNuzzle is an online marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals (“Providers”) for home-based services including childcare, pet care, salon & beauty, home repairs, cooking, driving, and related services. We do not employ Providers; they are independent contractors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Customers may browse services, book appointments, and pay for services through the Platform. Customers agree to provide accurate information, treat Providers with respect, and maintain a safe environment for service delivery.
Providers are independent contractors, not employees of NannyAndNuzzle. Providers must undergo background verification, maintain valid licenses and certifications, accurately describe their services, and comply with all applicable laws. Providers are solely responsible for their taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
All bookings are subject to availability. Pricing is displayed at the time of booking. Payments are processed through our secure payment processor. By confirming a booking, you authorize the payment for the agreed amount. Platform fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms. Generally, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NannyAndNuzzle or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NannyAndNuzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of services provided by Providers. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NannyAndNuzzle, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
