Safety is our top priority. NannyAndNuzzle is committed to creating a secure environment for both Customers and Providers. This policy outlines the measures we take to protect our community.

2. Provider Verification

All Providers must complete a multi-step verification process:

  • Identity Verification: Government-issued photo ID required
  • Background Check: Comprehensive criminal background screening through a certified third-party provider
  • License Verification: Professional licenses and certifications verified where applicable
  • Insurance: Proof of liability insurance where required by law or service type

3. Customer Safety

  • Provider profiles display verification badges and ratings
  • Real-time booking tracking and status updates
  • In-app messaging (no need to share personal phone numbers)
  • Emergency contact information accessible during active bookings
  • 24/7 customer support for safety concerns

4. Provider Safety

  • Customer profiles visible before accepting bookings
  • Service address provided in advance
  • Emergency support available during service delivery
  • Right to refuse service in unsafe conditions

5. Reporting & Response

Any safety incident should be reported immediately through the Platform or by contacting our support team. We investigate all reports promptly and may suspend accounts pending investigation. Serious incidents are reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Violence, threats, or harassment
  • Discrimination of any kind
  • Theft or property damage
  • Sexual misconduct
  • Drug or alcohol use during service delivery

7. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and update our safety measures based on industry best practices, user feedback, and evolving regulations.
