Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. All payment information is encrypted and handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. NannyAndNuzzle does not store your full card details.

2. Pricing

Service prices are set by the Platform and displayed before booking. Prices include the service fee and may include applicable taxes. The Platform fee (commission) is deducted from the Provider's earnings, not added to the Customer's cost.

3. Payment Authorization

When you confirm a booking, your payment method is authorized for the full amount. The charge is captured when the service is completed. For some services, a hold may be placed on your card until the service is delivered.

4. Provider Payouts

Provider earnings accumulate in their earnings ledger. Once cleared, funds may be withdrawn to a linked bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Payouts are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following situations:

  • Customer cancels more than 24 hours before service (full refund)
  • Provider cancels a confirmed booking (full refund)
  • Service was not delivered as described (partial or full refund at our discretion)
  • Provider no-show (full refund)
  • Technical error causing duplicate charge (full refund of duplicate)

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Platform fees for services already delivered
  • Late cancellation fees (within 24 hours)
  • No-show charges
  • Promotional discounts already applied

7. Refund Process

Refund requests should be submitted through the Platform within 24 hours of service completion. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Disputed Charges

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage resolving issues directly with our support team first.

9. Currency

All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). International customers may see converted amounts based on their bank's exchange rate.
