Booking & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

1. Booking Process

Customers can browse available services, select a Provider, choose a date and time, and confirm a booking. Bookings are subject to Provider availability. A booking is confirmed once payment is authorized.

2. Provider Acceptance

After a booking is placed, the selected Provider must accept it. The Provider has up to 2 hours to accept or decline. If declined or no response is received, the booking is automatically cancelled with a full refund.

3. Service Delivery

Providers are expected to arrive at the scheduled time. Minor delays (up to 15 minutes) should be communicated through the Platform. Significant delays or no-shows should be reported to our support team for resolution.

4. Cancellation by Customer

4.1 Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel a booking at no charge if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time. A full refund will be issued.

4.2 Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service amount.

4.3 Last-Minute / No-Show

Cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time, or failure to be present at the service location, may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service amount.

5. Cancellation by Provider

If a Provider cancels a confirmed booking, the Customer receives a full refund. At our discretion, we may assist in finding a replacement Provider. Repeated cancellations by a Provider may result in account review or suspension.

6. Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule a booking. Rescheduling is subject to Provider availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance are free. Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations.

7. Service Issues & Disputes

If the service delivered does not meet the agreed specifications, Customers should report the issue within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or public health emergencies.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Platform fees may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation timing.
